Going strong!

So far today I have been very good!  All I've had today is a black coffee (4 cals) and a Celcius energy drink (5 cals, but claims to burn at least 100!).  Otherwise just water, so overall no more than 10 calories!  Hopefully I can continue the same thing tomorrow!

I really need to start working out.  I used to be so good about working out every morning, but I have been making excuses for myself for the past few weeks.  Starting tomorrow I will be working out every morning, no matter how tired or bad I feel.  I WILL WORKOUT!  I WILL I WILL I WILL!

I have decided that for every check point weight, I will reward myself with something that I want, so here are my check point weights and the tentative rewards:
130 lbs - Motivation clothes (clothes in size small and x-small to motivate me to fit into them!)
120 lbs - Belly button ring
115 lbs - ?

Hopefully if I can continue to maintain control and if I start to workout regularly, I will be able to reach 115 by summer!  I need to make sure that I'm working out and toning up my muscles so that I don't get that "skinny-fat" look!  I want to lose around 25 pounds in a little over a month, so I will have to be extremely controlled if I have any hope of reaching it!

I really enjoy reading everyone's blogs!  I feel like I'm really getting to know you all, and I just love hearing about everyone's lives!  I'll try to comment more often so you all know that I'm reading your blogs!

Well, time for bed because I'm waking up early to WORK OUT!

  2. i've heard about the celsius drink...what do you think of it?? is it like an energy drink?

  3. all it takes is 10 min here, 10 min there of little workouts throughout the day - that is if you're a super busy person, if not then enjoy the gym or the outdoors.
    i got all new summer clothes (since here it's warm most of the year) 2 sizes smaller. well the size that i want to be in. so if i don't lose weight, then i won't have my new clothes to wear, i'll have to wear last years bigger stuff. i'm going through a re-invention and if i want to go with the new clothes - i HAVE to lose weight.
    you can do it.!

    im on 330 cals so far today =[ i wish i could have stayed under 10. damn you! =D

    i want to lose about the same amount of weight as you! but i've got 2 months to do it =/ i would totally love to manage it in 1 but i dont think i will =[

  5. congrats, you have a lot of self control! I wish l could be Ana but l'm not that strong, so l guess I am just a wannabe.All day l stare at my stomach and see how fat am l and feel blue. if l don't eat, my head hurt untill l eat no matter what. In my country there's a vegetable is called "chayote" and l eat it because is very low kals and drink lots of wather but l will never be one of you. Have all my respects!!

    I like your rewards... I'm thinking of using some sort of reward system, too, and those were exactly the rewards I might have used.

    oh my goodness those celcius drinks sound awesome! if they work that is... im going to do some research and see if they have them in Australia.
    ugh im exactly the same with exerise, i keep gettin letters from my gym saying "we havent seen you in a while"... anyways good luck darl!
